Refunds or rescheduled appointments

A booking fee is required to secure your time slot. The booking fee depends on what it is your booking.

if your appointment is cancelled on the day, you will be expected to pay the remaining balance. 

if this is not paid, the remainder will be transferred to your next appointment.

I do not offer any form of refunds or exchanges of appointments/ course dates or times. 

once a course or appointment is booked, It is your resonsibility to ensure you turn up. 

no show means no refunds.

If you need to cancel please do let me know with plenty of notice so I can offer it to someone else as a reduced price to fill the appointments.
